Pamela McAllisterIn my twenty years partnering with people to achieve what really matters, it is clear that there is a huge untapped potential in every person and group to enlarge the well-being of the world.
Unwrapping this gift - unleashing the creativity, intelligence and productivity of people, businesses, organisations and communities - is my Mission. I specialise in the design and delivery of learning programs, coaching and facilitating to grow people's ability to lead themselves and others to achieve the things that really matter to them and to create productive workplaces where people enjoy contributing their best. For the past twenty years I have worked across regional Australia, as well as in the cities, building the confidence and skills of people in business, government and community sectors, to lead themselves and others. I have deep knowledge, respect and aspiration for people on the land and in regions and understand their challenges and needs. I use virtual meeting, workshop and conferencing software and online communities to supplement face-to-face workshops where people in regional Australia need to connect to learn, plan and achieve together, breaking down the barriers of geographic remoteness. I partner with Indigenous organisations and communities to design and deliver culturally respectful leadership and mentoring programs for Indigenous people and hope to grow this area of our work together. "Most people imagine that the present style of management has always existed, and is a fixture. Actually, it is a modern invention - a prison created by the way in which people interact."
